We were able to get in to the Sherwood office for our initial treatment consultation within a week of calling and requesting. When we arrived the team was very welcoming and friendly. Mel and Dr Seth were so kind to ask our daughter about her hobbies, interests and comfort level with treatment. We look forward to beginning orthopedic treatment with Dr Seth!

My son is not a fan of anything to do with his teeth. My mom recommended we take him to Senestaro since my sister goes here as well and has had nothing but good experiences. This place was so welcoming and good with him he left excited to come back. Their payment plan is exceptional and what every place should have available especially for people with big families. All my son can talk about is being excited for his next visit. Thank you to all the great staff for having such an awesome place!

Fast, kind, and generous. I needed an urgent repair to my permanent retainer (20+ years old from my original braces, placed by a different orthodontist). Senestraro got me in within days, did the repair in under 5 minutes, and did not even charge me. Dr. Seth and the staff I interacted with were warm and welcoming.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about Senestraro Orthodontics. When my daughter’s regular orthodontic office was closed, she was having a painful braces emergency and needed help right away. Even though she wasn’t a patient of theirs, they got her in the very same day, fixed the issue, and wouldn’t even let us pay for the visit. The entire staff was incredibly kind, compassionate, and professional. Their office was spotless, welcoming, and well-run. It’s rare to find a business that goes so far out of its way to help someone with no expectation of anything in return. Their exceptional customer service made a stressful situation so much easier, and I am truly grateful for their generosity. I would highly recommend Senestraro Orthodontics to anyone looking for orthodontic care.

We have always had such positive experiences here! We especially enjoy Kyle the therapy dog, he has been great at calming my daughter’s nerves and something she always looks forward to. They have a great token reward system too. All the staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely patient with the kids. Thank you for such a good experience and giving my daughter a great smile.

TL;DR: 100/10, Highly recommend! I want to preface this by saying that I used to work in orthodontics, so when looking for an orthodontist, I was looking for more than just a treatment plan. I'm looking for the right vibe, culture, and overall experience. I had been quoted elsewhere, but it just didn't feel like the right fit. From the moment I walked into this office, I knew it was different. The front office staff greeted me with huge smiles and made me feel genuinely welcome. Scarlett, the treatment coordinator, is such a beautiful soul. She was outgoing, relatable, and took the time to really get to know me and understand what I was looking for. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I definitely felt heard throughout the consultation. I also have two French Bulldogs at home, so seeing the doctor's dog in the office instantly made me feel right at home. It's those little things that tell you a lot about a practice. Overall, you can tell that the doctor and staff truly care about their patients, their culture, and the work they do. Everyone seems happy to be there, and that positive energy is felt the second you walk through the door. If you're looking for an orthodontic office that feels warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring, I highly recommend checking them out.

Awesome services ! I loved my time I spent 6 months and my teeth look amazing ! They truly know what they’re doing and they take care of their clients.

My 11 year old felt comfortable at our consultation and they answered all our questions in detail.

They were all very friendly and informative. At no point did I feel rushed when asking questions.

Wow! I am really impressed. This orthodontist seems to be everything my regular orthodontist is not. Everyone I encountered here has been terrific. Their customer service is top notch. Another thing I love is that their office is geared towards families not just kids. I felt respected here. As an adult, it didn't seem weird to be in the dental chair I had a large wire coming off a permanent retainer. My regular orthodontist's earliest appointment was about a month out. Senestraro has four locations was happy to help and ensured that I was seen quickly. Over the last six months this wire has come loose several times. Each visit costing at least $250. Today Senestraro encouraged me to take it off for good. They explained everything really well. Then they spent about 15 min removing the glue from my teeth. They also were able to provide referrals for speech therapy in the area. They helped me today at no cost. I am both shocked and grateful. If I could go back and start my tooth straightening journey again I would strongly consider Senestraro.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Senestraro Orthodontics — not just once, but twice with both of our daughters! The Sherwood location could not be more convenient for our family, and every interaction has been so positive. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and always accommodating with scheduling and questions along the way. Most importantly, we are beyond happy with the results for both girls. We truly felt supported throughout the entire braces process and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an orthodontist in the area!

I took my 12-year old son for a braces consult and was so pleased with Dr Senestraros office. The process was quick, easy, staff were friendly, and they had lots of payment plans. Highly recommend this office.
